assalamualaikum.
yesterday muscom organised the yearly "muscom book sale"....everyone gave their utmost effort in making the "booksale" a success...it was a nice thing after all to contribute sumthing to the community of Kyuem and i believe all of us had a great time yesterday regardless of the fact that we were all very tired by the end of the day...it was super super nice to be working together..helping each other...strengthening the bond between all the muscomers....an experience that couldn't be bought elsewhere...may Allah bless us and may Allah accept our amal...and may our body and soul is purified from the sin of shirk..InsyaAllah..
shirk/syirik means - directing worship in the form of good works to other than Allah, or association by intention..Nauzubillah...
Shirk destroys any good deeds a person may have done, no matter how great or numerous... doing something to gain recognition or doing something to avoide the anger of others..and also be aware of the hidden shirk.. especially(riak, ujub, takabbur, sum'ah). Detailed explanation about these hidden shirk will be posted later..insyaAllah..
This is affirmed clearly in the Al-Quran:
And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW), as it was to those (Allāh's Messengers) before you: "If you join others in worship with Allāh, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers."
(Az-Zumar 39:65)
Thus, when a person seeks a worldly result, preferring it to the reward of Allah, he can no longer expect that reward in the hereafter.
wallahualam..
